Overview
The Priem JS110 with MM1312 hydraulic changeover valve is built to make installation simple. There are no cables to run, no float switch to set and no solenoid or electronic controller to fail - the whole changeover is hydraulic.
The system automatically uses the rainwater in the storage tank first. When the tank is empty it changes over to mains supply, then searches the tank again every 24 hours. If a rain event has topped the tank up, it goes straight back to using rainwater before mains.
An automatic pressure controller keeps supply pressure consistent, and the included inline bi-directional filter protects the pump - extending the warranty to 3 years when it's used.
