Overview
The Priem DS5.1-40/5A with MM1312 hydraulic changeover valve drops straight into the tank, so there's no pump sitting beside the house. Installation is deliberately simple - no solenoid and no electronic controls.
Rainwater in the storage tank is always used first. Once the tank empties the system changes over to mains automatically, then searches the tank again every 24 hours so it returns to rainwater as soon as a rain event refills it.
An integrated pressure controller with a 220 kPa cut-in keeps supply pressure consistent across the fixtures it feeds, and every component in the valve is watermark certified.
